Happy New Month, to my sisters in Christ! 🤍

Welcome back to the blog! As I sit here with the warm glow of the morning sun streaming through the window and a fresh cup of coffee in hand, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of anticipation for what July has in store. This feels like a month of renewal, a time for breakthroughs, fresh strength, and a closer walk with the Holy Spirit.

I believe that God is calling each of us to lean in, listen, and trust His divine timing more than ever. Last month, I experienced His faithfulness in such a tangible way, and I know that He has even more in store for us this season. Today, I want to share some encouragement about hearing God’s voice and stepping into alignment as we step into this new month together.

Just last year, I shared something really special, and I’m overjoyed to say that God has been so faithful. A job opportunity that once seemed like a blessing turned out to be a season of lessons. On paper, it was everything I thought I needed, financially rewarding and prestigious, but it took me away from my family and the things that mattered most. I didn’t even realise how much was falling apart until that door unexpectedly closed. At first, I felt lost and uncertain about what to do next. But in that stillness, it was as though God whispered, “Child, I have a better plan for you.”

Since then, He has been orchestrating changes in my life that allow me to spend more time at home with my daughter, nurturing her and being present for my family. It’s a new season of grace, alignment, and fulfilment that I didn’t even know I needed. Truly, God’s plans are greater than our own, and His faithfulness continues to amaze me!

The Importance of Hearing God’s Voice

As we begin this new month, let’s set our hearts to listen intently for His direction. God speaks to us in so many ways. In the Old Testament, He spoke to Moses through a burning bush (Exodus 3), to Elijah through a still small voice (1 Kings 19), and to Isaiah through a heavenly vision (Isaiah 6). God is still speaking today, and He desires for us to hear Him clearly.

God Speaks in Many Ways

In the midst of our busy lives, it can be easy to overlook the quiet whispers of God, but He is always speaking, always guiding us. Maybe this is your season of clarity, where you can finally hear His voice with more certainty. Or maybe you are in a season of waiting, where God is preparing you for something greater. Regardless of where you are, know that He is faithful to speak in a way that you can understand. This is the month of hearing God speak, and I believe He is calling each of us to a deeper level of intimacy with Him.

Testimonies of Hearing God

I’ve received so many testimonies from ladies sharing how they’ve been encouraged to press into their relationship with God, especially in the areas of hearing Him clearly. One lady shared how she had been struggling to hear God’s voice, but after focusing on prayer and spending more time in His Word, she felt a renewed sense of His presence. I encourage you to do the same, whether through fasting, prayer, worship, or simply sitting in quietness before the Lord.

A Month of Breakthrough

I believe this month, as we actively seek to hear God’s voice, we will receive new wisdom, new opportunities, and new strength to face whatever comes our way. July can be a time of breakthrough for many of us. So, if you’ve been waiting for clarity or direction, keep trusting and know that God’s timing is perfect. This is a month of great things ahead, and I can’t wait to see how He unfolds His plans for us.

Praying for One Another

Let’s keep praying for one another, lifting each other up as we seek God’s guidance. I believe that this month will bring improvement in every area of our lives. May we have the courage to step into the new things God has for us and be faithful stewards of the opportunities He gives us.

As we step into this new month, I encourage you to intentionally make space to hear God’s voice. Whether it’s through prayer, worship, or quiet moments of reflection, He is always speaking, ready to guide and strengthen us.
