Have you ever found yourself daydreaming about a different life? Perhaps you envision travelling the world, running your own business, or living in your dream home. These fantasies can consume our thoughts, but what if there’s a way to turn them into reality?

In my view, God plays a pivotal role in shaping our lives. It’s not just about our efforts; it’s about aligning ourselves with a higher purpose. By setting intentions and channelling our thoughts and actions towards what truly matters, we open ourselves up to the divine plan.

Intentions serve as the compass guiding our actions. While actions speak louder, intentions are the silent force driving them. They reflect the purity of our desires and aspirations, shaping the outcomes of our endeavours.

Navigating intentions can be challenging. We can’t always discern the motives of others, so we often rely on actions as indicators of character. Yet, misunderstandings are inevitable, highlighting the importance of empathy and understanding in our interactions.

God sees beyond our actions; He looks at the heart. This underscores the significance of aligning our intentions with His will. Living by His principles means embodying love, kindness, and compassion in our daily lives.

Additionally, I believe that our thoughts hold power. Negative thoughts and intentions, even if unacted upon, can have detrimental effects. As Philippians 4:8 suggests, we should focus on thoughts that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.

Despite our shortcomings, God’s grace is abundant. Through Jesus Christ, we find redemption and forgiveness. Salvation is not earned but freely given to all who believe and confess their sins.

So, as we journey through life, let us strive to align our intentions with God’s plan, embodying His love and grace in all that we do. May we never forget that His power and love are always at work, guiding us towards our true purpose.

Sending golden vibes and virtual hugs,

Scherise 🤍

I’m currently sitting at my kitchen table, enjoying my first proper cup of tea for the day (the kind that’s strong enough to wake up the entire neighbourhood), while my daughter is in the other room doing her best impression of a mini whirlwind. Seriously, how does […]

Modesty has been in my heart for a while now, and it’s a journey I’m still walking through, learning more each day. For me, modesty goes beyond the way I dress; it’s about humility, discretion, and choosing to honour God in how I present myself to the world. It’s about not only covering my body […]
