understand the need for a complete reset. I focused on my health, losing over four stone, and resetting my mindset. As I navigated this new path, I felt drawn back to my childhood faith. Returning to church was a simple yet transformative act of obedience in my life.

Forgiveness became central to my journey. Matthew 6:14-15 reminds us, “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” This scripture has resonated deeply with me, especially regarding how unforgiveness has affected generations in families.

We can either cling to our pain or hand it over to God and move forward. I’ve learned that forgiveness isn’t optional; it’s foundational to living a Christian life.

Here are three reminders I want to leave you with:
1. **God equips us for every task, no matter how difficult it seems.**
2. **Forgiveness is non-negotiable for those who want to experience God's promises.**
3. **God sees beyond actions to understand the heart. We must learn to do the same.**

Postpartum challenges and health issues led me to

God loves you

I was born in London,

but my family heritage is from Jamaica. my partner and I began dating in university. We didn’t know at the time where our relationship would lead, but it turned out we were meant to be lifelong partners.

From our union, we have one little bundle of joy.

Professionally, I always wanted to own my own business and excelled in art and business in school, scoring the highest in those subjects. After leaving school, I went to college and then attended a top university for fashion, studying a BA in Fashion Design and Marketing. I worked as a fashion stylist for a while, then as a marketing assistant, and on various TV, celebrity, and influencer marketing campaigns. I also earned a project management qualification and progressed to more senior marketing positions. I started freelancing and ran my own marketing agency for a while before transitioning to business coaching and marketing consulting.

I know the Bible can seem scary and intimidating, but I promise you, it is truly a life-transforming book. God’s word is so powerful. It is my prayer that this blog encourages all who read it to dive deeper into the scriptures and come to know the God of the Bible more intimately. I am incredibly honoured and humbled to receive messages/emails from ladies worldwide saying that my content brings them closer to the Lord. All glory to Him! I couldn’t do this without your love and support, so thank you—from the bottom of my heart—for being here!

Sending many blessings to you.

Me and maps? We're not friends. GPS is my knight in shining armor. I've got a better chance of finding Narnia than reading a map.
